ロケーションは最高でした。部屋もきれいに清掃されており、朝食のレストランもヨーロッパ風でよかったです。

ロビーのスタッフがフレンドリーでとても良かった。おいしいレストランを教えてくれた。部屋はあまり広くなかったが快適に過ごせた。ぜひまた行きたいと思えるホテルだった。

食事はミシュランをとっているようで、朝食は大変美味しかったです。 夕食もテラスで宿泊とは別途で利用しました。

パーキングは狭いため、運転技術に自信がない方には向かないかもしれません。

The hotel was on the river so the front rooms have an excellent view. The hotel is easy to find and to get to even using the tram.

The bathroom was very small with an almost see-through glass door however the room was a decent size. The front desk people were obviously unhappy with us when we said we did not want the hotel breakfast for ten euros each. I paid the most for this hotel of all the hotels we stayed in during three weeks in Germany but it was far from the nicest. It was an average hotel, nothing special except for the river view, which we didn't have and didn't want since it also had the view and the noise from the street in front.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good view of Marienburg from the room. (A few rooms do not have a good view.) Dining on the terrace, adjacent to the river and with a good view of Marienburg was very pleasant and the food was delicious. Best meal of our trip, and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection including scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. Though we did not expect private (garage) parking, it was available for a small price.

The hotel is in an amazing location - step out of the front door and the river and castle are right in front of you. It's also very easy to walk everywhere from the castle to the main sights. The staff were really lovely and helpful. We had our 2-year-old son with us and the bathroom in our room was so huge we were able to set up his travel cot in there for the night. The private underground car park was also great - just 10 euro - although there's also parking on the street on a meter. All in all we found it a great place to stay.

The restaurant was outstanding. Also the proximity to all the major sights of the city. It was a very accessible location.

At times the front desk appeared a little overwhelmed. Even so, there was a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent locatioin- beautiful view of the castle and vineyards from the hotel. Right on the river. Very picturesque. In the old town so walking to see the sites was easy.

I liked the location of the hotel at the river, it was close to the castle and the city. We had a room without river view and this was not so interesting, the river view is the main asset. The hotel is correct in every aspect.

Car parking is a problem and eat a bit of energy.

Convenient location in the city center. Room was small (writting desk) but clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. They offer private garage/parking (better come early if you have a big car)

The garage is close, but not in the hotel. I think there is no hotel in the center with its own parking.

They gave us an third bed for the child at no extra cost. It is a very friendly hotel in a traditional building with all amenities reasonably to be expected. It transports a long Würzburg tradition and has a nice family feel about it.

Service at breakfast was very pleasant and professional. The restaurant has nice table linen and decorated with fresh flowers. Good quality of the food. Location is excellent, in front of the castle along the river.
